This contemporary home, architect designed in 1948
and all on one floor was built by the Inglehart family,
one of the original settlers in the Westminster Park area
of Wellesley island. The interior walls are white oak, butternut,
cherry and red oak throughout. The living/kitchen area has a
lovely stone fireplace, a wet bar along with a butcher block
island and a great dining room. There is also a carport and guest
house consisting of a kitchen, living area and screened porch
with 2 large bedrooms 1 bath with shower. If you desire an
exclusive private river front home this is a wonderful part of the river community.
